Am I? Recently I understood one thing: one's man trash is other's man treasure (quoting Fort Minor). I understand, that I'm not even artist, I can barelly write, no matter trying to draw. But I try improve. Improve from very basics. As I said (and i was bashed for saing that) learn to walk properly before trying to run. However I tryed to run faster than many. After seeing my disabilities I've tryed to learn to walk. And I adviced others like me to firstly learn to walk [symblicly saying/to many symbols here] but I did it in wrong way. I said many foul words. I wasn't even trying to be poliete. Fortunatelly somebody stopped me. Pointed my mistakes. But still there are runners that even can't crawl. For some time I won't say a single word of any advice; let them run, let them fall, let pros try to offer help that won't change many tings... Let it be. May it be.

Well, I'm bad man. I don't see clearly. I can't say politelly. Still I'm.

Even if I care, who cares about me?

Word of explaination is needed if you haven't follow everytnig that I ever said or did. To sum up events, let's just say it this way: I said on some art forum in horrible way that author of post and mentioned in post "aRT" (no, my caps-lock is good, very small a iin art) is at least bad in drawing, so he is even in basics and I adviced him to go away and practice from simpler stuff to more complicated (everything in hard-to-understand not nice language), Then someone dug up my other posts, did summary, dug up deeper and found my less than ugly aRT, so he said that I'm full of bad things and I'm no better, even worse, discussion went on and mod gaved me warn. That's where the story wraps. Now this one who called me in names was almost right, so I agree with him, but IMO digging in archives for crap to throw is bad move.
Well to say it clearly, I'm pissed off, but I'm so inteligent, wise and great that I'll let that one pass.

Why it's taking so long?

I'd like to know why everything's taking so long? For everything you have to wait too long - from minutes to months. Why? Damn. Recently I went to some office to do some business, after all was done, nice lady in reception told me to wait a while for documents to get posted; I asked how long - answer: Not long, by july should be on place. Wouldn't that piss you off? I mean, I understand that nothing works instanlty, but mentioned documents were lying in front of me, almost ready to get posted, just somebody had to place their signature, that's all. I understand that he's busy, but why he's sitting in caffeteria downstairs for 4 hours straight? That's some major bullshit!

Have you ever been in rage? Have you ever wanted something really badly? Have you ever wanted to inject black ink into veins of one human being? Have you ever took driver's licence test in Poland?

Those questions aren't random. Really. I'm in rage, I want something really bad, I want to inject black ink in huge amounts into veins of one human being, I took driver's licence test in poland. Everything is connected. Today I took test, guy couln't find any mistakes made by me, or no one of 'em could result in failing exam. But just seconds before end he failed me, by legitimate reason thought, in way that normal person couldn't ever blame me. And now I want to hurt him badly, almost as much as I want my driver licence. But, oh well, nevermind, it's just 1/7 of my monthly sallary to pay for exam, and waiting 3 weeks for another one isn't all that much... This time thought I'll ensure perfection.

Well, only by reading lyrics one should not judge the mood of song or influences it have. So I listened to both songs, and still all I have to say is Blunt sucks. Thankfully Elevation was next, so it cheered me up.

Now... is my brain is damaged, so I can't possibly listen to beautifull masterpieces created by James Blunt, and all what's left for me is irish-shmuck U2 OR RaVbaker's brains is the one that's damaged? What school makes from a man?

Well, school makes man busy. Too busy to do anything. It's 40 hours a week not counting road from and to school and of course homework along with learning. If one would do every little thing as it is requested by teachers one would have to spend about 140h, and that's more or less straight six days of 24 hours a day sitting job.

But I'm lazy as hell... Still though I have to learn for matura exam and prepare stuff for it. Tonight I had a little time for myself, so I spent it doing another drawing battle with J. Hagan. This is the result:

An Arch. Requires self-confidence... Hmm... I'm a hacker(in the good way) so my ego is size of galaxy, no problem with self-confidence

What's funny I also did first in my life concept art. Design of dragon that i'll use (just as example, and it will be A3 drawing) during my final exams from Polish. What do you think about this(remember thought, it's 2-3 minutes doodle-design that I like):

Damn. Driving lessons make me insane, especially appointments. I was supposed to be on place at 10'o clock, but teacher called me at 7am (for me it's midnight) just to say that he moved it to next day, 3pm, just because of some shmuck that wants to drive few more hours... damn.
Being waked up so brutally I thought of some cheering up, so here it is:

Woot, WOOT, w00t! NP40 is here! And along with TF card! Yesss!

NP-40 in full grace, in background TF card can be seen. 0.3 MPix cam of V360 isn't good tor closeups

So now my comp is runing smoothlessly in vertical position, so i can show my hard work (battles). Seven battles. Althought not-so-realistic, but perfect in perspective. thanks to them I can draw without that "scewed up" look of picture with wrong perspective. So preview (with description!):

	1st battle was a loose. I haven't finished it in required time. But this was first, what to expect from first time? Usability comment: With 2-point perspective a whole city can be drew. Not only city, but also buildings cars, etc... Very usable an basic of all other. Seen in many famous paintings, and in real life.
	Second one wasn't that hard. I knew how to prepare everything, so this part wasn't time-consuming this time. It didn't required any form of detail, even more ecouraged less detail. Overal look was more important than detail stuff. Usability comment: This ane, along with next shows that one thing in begining can mean very diffrend thing in the end. Propably one-point perspective can be used in conjuction with two-point to achieve very realistic picture!
	Thirdwas just the same as 2nd, except for a little more detail.
	Corner of Room... another show of 2-point. Guess it can show many diffrend things...
	WESTERN RAILWAY is showdown of power of single-point perspective. So many things can be done with one little point!
	Two Parts of batle that shows ultimate power of single point with little help of 2 other points.
	3D Letters ultimate. If my caligraphic skill was better propably this one would be better. But still, I can see drawn building with banner on it that can be done using this technique... Kinda complicated thought.

That would be it. Maybe tommorow I'll start shadow battles... It would definitelly help me.

Oh! I forgot! I'm working on some stuff regarding earlier issue with converting MP3s... Unfortunatelly for me I can't find any command line utility that would show ID3 tags, so no PHP script this time. It's time for Kickass Linux C++! But unfortunatelly I... uhm... forgot loads of things. And I don't have Good book on C++ in linux. Could You point me one that's interesting and usefull enought to buy? I mean I need more something along lines of PHP documentation than "Teach yourself" books.

Why being programmer is bad & bitter sweet hardware info

Being programmer is bad. Why?
Let me explain my point of view: I was addicted to Borland Delphi, and I was quite good at doing lots of usefull stuff in it. I even started formatting code according to some standards, but I created specific interface design, and some usability standards with it. Long time has past since last time I was using delphi (explanation: Borland started to really suck, making it impossible for me to stand it), but my standards haven't changed a bit.
So when I see app that has interface similar to my progs, and code looks good I expect prog to be as good and as usefull and as customizable and as safe as mine progs.
Today I learned that some programmers don't follow with my expectations (well, I never published my standards... it was my mistake, maybe someone would take it to heart and follow it just as I do) the hard way. I lost a big chunk of my music collection while converting some songs to fit my Moto... Damn programmer hardcoded (made something impossible to change in prog, only disassembe could change it)somethings and because of that unexpected behaviour when it finished I just copied converted music to phone and deleted it. Guess what: it converts orginal files and moves them to destination! IMO it shouldn't be that way, it should read orginals, and create new files for converted stuff. Now I'm left with 128kbps music and orginal CDs, but my beautifull ubercustomized mp3s gone to hell.

Now the good thing about being programmer: I know how to recover those files (at least I hope it'll work) and I can make me prog (well, I just create tiny shell script) to do things right.

Now Bitter Sweet hardware Info (illustrated by MotoV360):

I've got Scanner! Cannon CanoScan LiDE 60!
But before I post some scans some issues must be solved.
As you see on the 1st pic scanner is backward (cable on the wrong side, it supossed to be on wall side (big grey space), but it isn't), because of comp lying on the floor, but not standing on it's shelf.
That's because of northbridge cooler (blue fella in the middle of 2nd pic). It's CoolerMaster SLC-S41-U1 equiped with duct tape to hold it, rather than normal way. That duct tape sucks, And cooler fells from northbridge when case is more than 45 degrees away from desktop position (case is tower type btw). That makes it impossible to put everyting in designed places and also renders my drawing desk unusable since the way comp lays on floor blocks any acces to desk more than this, vertical position for my CD/DVD recorders is... unoperative, so there's no way for me to make some space for scans (f***ing great, 320GB on drives, and still no place for stuff).
Even if that wasn't the case (older JH Wars or such could be posted) I'm quite busy trying to run 2nd system (and it takes my 3rd desk!), as seen on 3rd pic. Cards seen on 1st pic are for this comp. Also on 1st pic you can see my drawing of me and my GF(guardian force).
Thankfully I've ordered Pentagram NP-40 Cu for northbridge cooling, it should be delivered tomorrow. Just then I'll start fixing loads of stuff, draw again, and quite possibly run the other sys. I also ordered 512MB TF for V360, sweet, eh?

So to sum up:
Bitter:
-Cooler Master's Blue Ice SLC-S41-U1 Northbridge Cooler is messing my comp.
-Orginal northbridge cooler was replaced with coolermaster one because it was... unusable, loud, and didn't managed to do it's work
-horizontal position messes with CD/DVD recorders, so there's no way of freeing some space (at least on my partition, I don't like messing with system partitions)
-No place for fun unless comps gets unborked.
Sweet:

Velentine's Day... And some news

First off: I've finally got my new cellphone! MotoV360... great thing except fu***ng Orange crap all over it and many blocked functions by it... When those people will learn how to treat customers good, it wouldn't hurt, since I got it (5 days actually) I managed to hack many locked things, throw away useless orange stuff (SynerJ, remember that name! it's the thing you must throw away). tomorow I'll go to some service and get rid of simlock, then I'll put orginal, unorangedamaged software and I'm done with it... Maybe buy more (512MB) transflash, that's all...

I could post pictures I made with it, but... I'll wait for some things to fix... and cellphone's cammera isn't a decent scanner...

Second: While we're at scanner thingie: LiDE 60 is my choice, tommorow I'll order it.

Third: Ordering... Is it good idea to order a Blender book? "The Official Blender 2.3 Guide" Hmm... I'll eventually order it, later, but sure thing to do... I think...

Fourth: Winter Break! Good, but no way as good as I hoped it would be... Nevermind, just need to clean up my room and pickup my ultimate weapon of mass destruction (automatic pencil actually) and get on with JH wars...

Las but not least: Valentine's day. What's so special about it? I love my girlfriend just the same like yesterday, today, tommorow, next week, or even the nex year(I'm preety consistent in feelings), so why 14th February should be so special? Another occasion to spend money and buy worthless presents, while there's only one thing to do, and it doesn't require cash: just say "I love you"... 3 words mean so much to the other person... Just truelly love your girl/boyfriend and it'll the greatest present that you can give at Velentine's Day, because it's not the cash you give or material, but you give your true heart, true feelings, truth. That's worth everything, but money can't buy it.

Laugh Time!

Woo, I still hardly can get up from the floor from laughting! Why? Simply, I read Windows Vista specifications, minimal requirments, new technologies and such, and I'm telling you, those guys at Microsoft hardly can think on their own, they can only copy ideas, make them work waaay worse than orginal and also claim that idea is their.

This whole system is without any holes (local or remote) like swiss cheese! Every single thechnology they claim is potentionally dangerous to your computer, and you in general. Even those super-cool-auto-updates can be made into nice preety wide open gates for quite hard shit from anybody, just need a little time to find flaw. And I bet there's and will be thousands upon thousands (I'm overjudging here, but I can't spell hundred in case of this Windows) of bugs in standard instalation found within a month since premiere (while to found major bug in standard OpenBSD install took 8 years). And also every new Improvement or technology they put in system is FUD for minor windows software developers. I tell you! MICROSUCK and will. Also have you seen how configurable the new system is? Oh yeah, that's the part when they showed off really good. Yes, they made it preety impossible to change anything. Good thinking, eh? As that fucking-rich-asshole claimed his software has no bugs, it's user fault! So they simply don't let you do anything. Weird shit thay done to the gaming (will perform uterly slow as I see it... drivers in userspace), to movies and music (bow to RIAA and MPAA, both of them 80% of users want see dead) and lots of other stuff. Wonders also have been made to the security (oh, the imagination): theoretically they made it impossible to remote-attack IE, but that's when the theory meets practice, right? I'll bet anyone that IE gets hard beating 0-day. OK, that's enough. Let's not kick the lying (double-meaning-goddess).

Oh, have you heard about that Microsoft FAT patent? So they won it. Big Deal. Linux have enough filesystems that whenever someone asks me to get something on ther FAT/NTFS drive I'll tell them to get Real Operating System (Linux/BSD/Unix) first, then Real File System, it won't hurt. I have orginal UT2k4 running a lot better than on win (it doesn't run for me on win, fu** it as I have true system), WINE is doing great job, so why even use Windows? I see no pros, only cons.

Last thing to mention: for every thing in linux you can make patch, you can fix it without problems, but on Windows you can't. Prove me wrong.

Problems and Solutions

This week begun weird. I felt like I'm back in mid `90 Windows nightmare.

The story begun with kernel update. And it was like back then: update that supossed to fix a couple of bugs made a whole bouch of new, and even greater bugs. Still some aren't resolved for me but most of them I was able to fix with help of others good people. Problems describled there weren't the only ones I've encouter: what I encountered for the first time was reiserfs error, so I had to rebuild the whole tree of partition containing /var. Horrible is that I found myself in state when I considered system reinstal (that helped with windows since very begining of my experience with them - 1993). But as I learned today (and yesterday, and every day I use Linux): what is wrong can be quickly fixed.
Fun thing is that also my WinXP had "a little" problems. Hangs on system boot. That's wack, as I haven't used it for... long time, just my friend came with NTFS (Nasty Trashy File System) drive and needet to get some stuff from me, so I pluged the disk and hie started windows, and what we see: we see shit. Well, he had to borrow my old drive, cause we didn't had time to emerge some ntfs-for-linux stuff. And I tell you: Windows suck ass... It sucked decade ago, it sucks today. Why do people are still using it? Fake promisses, bugs with patch you need to wait for for about half year, no real configuration, security that you can only wish for... I tell you! Windwos NIGHTMARE!

I didn't encounter only computer problems, I also had problems IRL: fighting off lame thefts (dumb guys that walk to you in group containing 3-4 looking-like-monkey-ass walking muscless without any brain that only want to take your cellphone and cash or beat you up if you dont have any of it), contusions from that fight (my fist and foot only hurts and I still have what they wanted to take from me, they lost not only teeth and testicles integrity, hehe) and last but not least: problem with girlfriend. This one is more complicated. To outline it I just say that she studies hard to her exams and don't have time for me. That bothers me, 'cause I never study to any exam and hardly ever cheat and still I have good (in some cases even superior) scores. For about six years I haven't done a single homework nor studied, but my average grew from 3.0 to 4.0. Weird, isn't it? Well for me it works.

Now to good things: I'm stil in state of war with J. Hagan. I've done already 8 battles, 7 won. I've finally came back to drawning humans, I drew me and my girlfriend, but since my scanner (f***king Plustek crap) is malfunctioning and new one will propably arrive no earlier than 15 February anyone who wants to see my progress has to simply wait.

If there's any definition of crap... "This is pure crap, get over with it". That line I will say to anybody talking about bands like 'Tokio Hotel' or 'Blog 27' or movies like 'Chronicles of Narnia'.

"Why?" will you ask. Well, it's simple: my friend (young girl, 15 years old... that tells almost everything) asked me to get her Tokio Hotel's album and listen to it, then said that this Narnia movie is cool and then said that Blog 27 is crap. 'Till today I trusted her opinion, 'cause she was mostly right when it comes to movies or music (she likes good horrors and metal music).

Gotta tell you the whole today's story.

So here I was after school, so I went to some music shop that got something like "listen before buy" (good they have); firstly I took Blog 27 to check: On cover were pictured 2 somethings-that-look-like-13-year-old-girls-in-47-years-old-lady-make-up, dressed very badly, nevertheless not affraid by first shock i tried playing first song; gosh, she's (my friend) was right! it's crap! it's pure crap! it's crappest crap that even crap thinks it's ultra-crap! all songs were like that! Point for friend. Onto the next in list: Tokio Hotel. Cover wasn't as bad as Blog 27's, but attractive it wasn't either. Now standard: play the first song; first seconds were promising, but when vocal kicked in I laughed my ass of so hard that clerks believed me I'm not crazy after saying that it's my first listening to any Tokio Hotel's song; later song were as bad as first or even worse. Who let those kids record album? If it's to German-language bands I'll stick to Rammstein. I got out the shop and went to the cinema to watch Narnia movie. The movie is... well dull, shallow, boring and waste of time... I'll ask her to give back money for the ticket... Or no, that would be stupid. I'll just share with her my opinions...

And I can say it clearly now. You wouldn't believe what I can find... Stuff so hard to find for other people that is almost impossible for them to get that any other way, but me (like for example my gf or my not-so-clever friends) or stuff so disturbing that if you saw it you would put yopur eyes out with glass from your monitor that you just smashed with your forehead.

Anyway... Onto the real things:

Yesterday I had sixth (part a and b) battle with J. Hagan... Possiblity of me getting decent scanner to show my work is quite good, I just need to know how many people are visiting this site and acctually want to help me with at least earning a little money... Today I'll propably have next battle as I haven't had battle with J. Hagan for long time.

Now something funny: Today is about minus 20 degrees in Celsius' scale, and I had to go to my gf (who lives 3 km away from me) to give her two photos from prom bal and some stuff for her and her brother (my best friend). So I walked to her place, gave her brother CDs and hard drive with stuff, I reach to my pocket to get the pictures... And they aren't there! They were in my drawer, 3km from the place where I was. And also my friend has been reinstaling OSes on his comp, so the hard-to-find stuff were not to be shown. Damn... She was OK with the way the things were going, 'cause she knows me, and knows that she'll get the photos and stuff as soon as possible, but her mother was... well not happy, 'cause she wanted to see the photos damn right now.

Quick news: My friend wants me to get BSD for him... He didn't specify witch one to choose... There are so many BSD systems out there... An I still like gentoo linux...

Yeah! Finally I managed to put 3 desks in my room! Am I freak? well... I don't know, but 3 desks equals 3 huge spaces to put stuff on! And also enabling me to actually look at J. Hagan's tutorials while drawing, have separate spcate for drawing, learning and doing computer stuff!

Other stuff today: one of wings in my CPU cooler flew away... now it works like some laundry machine... gotta buy new Pentagram QC-92 Cu or my nerves will explode!

Prom? bal... Hell of a party!

Yesterday... Well from yesterday evening 'till today's morning we (we ment as last year in school students, 100 days before final exams... tradition) had a bal. I thought, because of Principal speech, that this party will be stiff as contents of coffin... It wasn't! That was one piece of good party, not like I haven't been on better, but still it was good.

Althought I don't like most of music played there I must admit that it was easier to join the group and follow the flow with popular music rather than be left alone (or with couple other students that like a little alternative music) on the dance floor. However DJ and the band was trying to get everybody on dance floor, so they played everything that could help. There was mucic to dance in close distance to your girl/boyfriend (universal speaking is good, althought remember: in my case I was in close distance of my girlfriend), to dance in not so close distance, or to simply "shake it". In every possible speed...

Music and dance were most important things in bal, but feast and booze were good too. Heh, principal said something like "This is school bal, so there will be no alcohol". Yeah, right. Then it makes me wonder: if it wasn't alcohol then wat was in bottles hidden under tables? I guess that would be water... with C2H5OH in almost equal amounts as water... But who and how much drank isn't the case. I'll just say that who drank booze or did drugs or did something as stupid, lost good party.

Hmm... I wonder what for is party like this? Tradition? Fun? Symbol? I think it's a part of everything... Sometimes you can't say "why" you do it, you just do it, and not knowing why it makes you happy. Like this bal... I don't know why I feel so great today about it, but still I'm unable to find anything to say against it. Damn.

Well, I'll just invite my girlfriend on date, say how great she is, how good time I'm having with her, and get to normal life after party.

Because I don't have scanner, that I wanted to buy with cash made with AdSense? Or is it that tablet or new monitor... My new "girlfriend"...

Heh... Funny thing happend to me today. As I listen to music called Metal I work like a reversed magnet on "plastic" girls (squeeky pinky dumb), but my new "girlfriend" arrived today, and she's completely plastic... She's a Credit Card from my bank and I love her! (a word of exlanation here: In poland "Karta" witch equals to english "Card" is addressed as "she", basicly it's a female form).
Now I just hope that this card will help me.

But funny thing came also with mail today: Insurance payment request. Damn... Payment almost equals current price of car! That's wack. 3/4 of my monthly salary goes to pay insurance for crappy, 26 years old car, that I hate to use... And for puuting it into junkyard I would have to pay twice it's price. What a weird country... Well, at least supporting isn't going all that bad. This site earned me already almost half a dolar! Great to know that someone IS actually visiting my site and actually does things to support me! I would gladly want to say "Thanks" to YOU!

Damn that Plustek crap!

Grrr... Finally, now and once for all: my Pustek 1212U is dead, it doesn't work on every system I checked! So basically I was looking for good tablet, and now I have to look for good tablet and scanner! That's not just 120 bucks on tablet, but 180 bucks on all! And what's worse I don't have chash! Nobody is supporting me (well somebody IS supporting me, I got about 51 cents). That sucks! Now if you DO care my monitor (5 year old CTX (ps. never buy CTX, it's crap)) is getting darker and darker... Somehow I still wish I could be able to buy new, good Samsung Sync-Master for 150$... Now to put it in one piece: 120$ for tablet (Aiptek 12000U) 60$ for scanner (Conon LiDa 25) and 170$ for monitor (Samsung Sync Master 797 MB) gives me 350$ to spend... Damn. I NEED MONEY! Hmm... Why it all has come in this certain timespace? I guess it's some of Murphy's laws...

...and start killing people. This is it. I had enought. Since september I don't have time for my own life, just school and school & school 'n school. Even when I'm in home, when I'm supossed to study, one subject is more important than other, and when I admit it to profesors they all like "You should learn my subject, I don't care that you don't write matura exam on this subject, you've got to know the "minimum" " or "Anybody can learn for approporiate grade". Damn, try to live like this... It's like f*cking korea student sh*t. Come on people! For math I'm supposed to do some knowledge regain to accomply needed level (I like math, I write it on matura exams, but past two years at standard level were just simple waste of time for me, 'cause I knew every thing before it was mentioned, and now I'm supposed to know every little piece of sh*t since primary school at pro level), for English too (mine enklisz iś bit czunki, ju noł... like I at any point of education spoke english like that... but reading 600 pages book is quite entertaining), same goes to physics (luckly only standard level, it's like inteligence tes, but better be prepared for little shock) , and finnally polish... damn we're supposed to read 300~400 pages book in less than 3 days (even if book is dull, shallow, boring and written by alcoholic), know everything 'bout the book, even read between the paragraphs and know what autor wanted to say (it's like poetry of alcoholic, called propably some great "new style" artist writing the best poetry ever, but really he was most propably trying to kill time during hangover or get some money for booze with his so called art). I can althought understand high expectations from teachers of that subjects, but why the hell am I supposed to know everyting about every battle in World War 2 (history is crap); know location, population, wheather conditions and so on in some forgoten by whatever god crappy vilage in the middle of jungle (geography at it's peak); know details about parliment, constitution, goverment, sociology and evil knows what else (Knowledge of Society, if someone cares); and my personal favorite to cut (head off): german language - taught by woman looking like skeleton, with voice of broken high-voltage speaker; language that sound like heavy puking; and 0 (zero) usability for me in my life (at current rate I wish to go to japan, as far as I can from gremany). Today after school I wanted to kill german teacher, but when I got home pissed as hell... well currently I would gladly in very slow and painfull way kill... what ever I got im my hands... Thankfully there's always music, and my atitude... the sniper way...

Now that's good thing. Yesterday I managed to make good-for-my-level drawing of my girlfriend, have a look at it on left side. Is it good? I don't know, you tell me. On a side note: When I was draing it, she was sitting next to me, and pointing every thing that she disliked, so this is my drawing corrected by her talk. More detail would be torment for me since whole drawing was not so big as it seems (you can't call something "big" if eyes of character are 1mm heigh and 3 or 4 mm wide). The corset and dress were supossed to look like black leather, but is it possible to achieve such effect using only pencil?

This pic was scanned on linux, finally I managed to get the settings right.

Simple. Nothing happens. I'm preety overloaded with usual stuff, so I don't add nothing new, but it will change. I recenty managed to clean my drawing desk, so maybe I finally start this "Hagan vs Me" session like I planned to.

Other things, like layout for this page or my fbsplash screens won't move on. At least not in close future (that means I'm too lazy to start doing things that I must do before starting those).

One more thing: do you ever had the feeling that you'd like to smash some stupid guy into wall, and punch/kick him until every bone of his is broken? Well I had today. That stupid guy didn't understand word "lightly", that my hand is damaged badly and I won't be able to do some things, that my knee and ankle are in bad condition (hurts more when hit than other joints in my body) and most important "use technique, not force". I can resist urges like that, and I'm responsible.

The title says it all. Finally I've got my brand new sketchbook from Canson, I've got my Karate training season started, I've got my hand-drawings tried out, I've got ideas and clues, I've got myself back.

Now. I'm wiritting this preety late, because I'm sick. So to clarify: First training was on Thursday 15, sketchbook on Fiday, drawings on friday evening and saturday morning, by the time ideas and clues flew into my mind, so this is me. Unfortunatelly in about noon I felt sick, and it stays till now.

I just hope that I'll have place to put some files I'm designing for pleasure of viewers of this blog.

It's simple: because I've got Scanner manufactured by plustek, and it's 1212U, wich is kinda buggy on linux, got intel webcam from Intel, model CS330, that has simly wrong colours on linux, and I'm not so good at C/C++ or other things that can help me under linux, and my usefull apps don't work under wine.

BTW: During writting of this post my firewall logs logged 7! tries of hack or portscans with 5! of them high rated, while on linux firewall logs grow werry slow, daily system updates keeps me from high risk and portscan kiddies. I also think that masquerade is good thing to have, besides other protecting software.

That's the question for today. I just found out, that my uber unique nick is stolen by some russian quy, and he isn't even aware of fact that for about 7 years this exact nick was my and only mine. Shmuck Евгений. Besides, pages he use this nick are typical "online-date" (yes I do understand Russian), mail.ru and chat.ru; damn pitiful he is... Whatever, I don't care that much, I'm the one who's orginal, he's just another seen-cool-name-gotta-use-it, just like HP fan-morons with nicks like 'HarryPotter', 'HermineG' and so on.

Above are my boot splash-screen and my wallpaper, both hand-crafted with gimp, using my sketches (the circle was sketched, not made using cad apps or something like that. dragon was my redraw of somewhat recenty popular dragon wallpapers). 3NDRUN (word itself) was taken form Megatokyo as the text "Live in your world, die in mine" (ps3 promoting quote). PROGURU is completly my idea fo naming my comp, it's not releated to Abit graphics cards, more to ModeCom computer case named ProStation and Abit mainboard uGuru. Now there're some things left, like: fbsplash theme (2 pics), gdm theme (1 pic, couple icons, lots of writing), maybe even GNOME Theme, at least I hope so; and of course new design for this blog.

Could 15 minutes make huge difference? It can. My school sheudle got time shift 15 mins. That means that I'm going to be late 10 minutes every first class, damn. This sucks.

I mean, i own fully-configured gentoo linux that mach my evry require for system. And after setting flags to use max of my pc this system boot ups in seconds, everything load in less than gunclick. This is the Operating System. I do love it.

Now.

With my GIMP and scanner wirking together I try to change a little bit of my blog layout, and be sure to check my themes I'll create. For gnome, naturally.

And I may even upload my picture, but image quality from my webcam is crap.

Even me. I couldn't see little spelling error and that was the reason of bootsplash not working. Also little spelling error was reason why not a single thing was working right. And nothing said to me, i got to find out it all by myself.

Cold day in hell

Damn, for about 20 hour I've been trying to get this MF@#*^% sagem working on Gentoo and shit happend, so I gave up for some time. Then framebuffer problems for about 3 hours, solution was however easy:
read_howto, try_it, checkit, recompile kernel, change syntax in grub, reboot, fuck that there's no silient screen at least resolution is workin'. Then I tried again those eagle-usb thingies, this time it was deeper shit, so i try re-read all possible howtos on that.

In mean time:

Jean Michel Jarre in Gdańsk, that show was good.
Met my friend (a girl), ji straight five hours of chat 'bout everything, that's something. She eventually forced me to draw something for her with black gel-pen on squared sheet of paper. Five minutes drawing with my mad-ereaser-sillz unusable was, well good enough, so she was pleased with it and asked me to sign it. Am I some kind of world-known artist to sign my crapy art-try? Guess good worlds cheerd me up after my car accident...
Had a car accident at driving-school, some crazy old woman hit my car, although she did said it was her fault... Waste of nerves and time

Anyway, it was baad day for most things, and I still got to go to some lan-party. I hate those things, but being the only one in few miles radius able to configure whole thing requires me to be there.

I've managed to get all by myself trought all instalation issues and compiling and stuff, it was great (especially seeing full linux kernel with options for my hardware compiling in just about 10 minutes). I installed grub manually, because i didn't wanted /boot to be on another partition (nor i had one free thought) and booted into windows (that means grub installed well for booting windows, but how it'll boot linux I don't know).

Now, after my gentoo boots up I'll try to install everything to make sure my needs ar fulfilled, those include:

Gimp
XMMS
MPlayer
Gnome
Some IDE, I want to try freepascal under linux and C++ to (maybe also my asm skilz in AT&T?)
Firefox
Thunderbird
Possibility to rip audio (only orginal CDs! I just love having my favorite tunes in one neat list) and video (orginals too, in poland laws allow it, and DVDs are less tolerant when it comes to scratches from using, you should see my Matrix CDs, in 5 years watched hundred times)
Total control over files on FAT and NTFS partitions

YES!!! I finally got my Gentoo 2005.1 Universal and Packgages CDs! After god damn 8 hours of downloading. Just hope instalation go better than minimal, I only managed to get to the part when the net suposed to be configured, but it wanted PPPoE and I got PPPoA... weird though.

2nd thing: I'm designing new layout form my blog, and because I'm installing Gentoo it may take some time...

Apart from that: it's almost 15.00, I was supposed to do some work since 10, and I'm sitting for straight 5 hours in front of screen. Damn. I'm going to get in little trouble, but what the hell, I don't care... Hope just that Gentoo gets good, I will do work when it will be compiling stuff.

Well, my life is about to change dramaticly: only week to start of school year.

It's my last year in High-School, and that's mean exams, exams mean stress (to other people, I'm very good at dealing with it), and stress mean bad things going to happen. So I started blog. Just to fulfill my need of publicity and higher my need for creativity. Hope it helps...
